In her four-year tenure, she has spearheaded the internal growth of MBP, expanding the team from 10 to 50 employees while ensuring the infrastructure kept pace with rapid scale. Kristin drives organizational process improvement and supports business development, playing a central role in maintaining MBP’s reputation as a best-in-class real estate advisory firm. She has built and formalized MBP’s human resources program to intentionally cultivate a collaborative culture that attracts and retains top commercial real estate professionals. She also restructured the finance department to strategically reallocate resources toward professional development and networking opportunities, and played a key role in developing a custom internal platform that streamlined data sharing and workflows to maximize efficiency.
