Transaction Overview

MBP was engaged exclusively to secure a fixed-rate loan at the lowest possible coupon. MBP identified a capital partner that was willing to lock their rate for almost four months and take the stress of a never-changing economy and interest rate volatility off the table. The sponsor doesn’t anticipate the need to refinance this loan any time soon and appreciates the lender’s no prepay policy in addition to their commitment to honor the terms of their April 1st LOI.
