MBP structured this deal with developer’s bottom line in mind and procured a best-in-class solution with maximum proceeds and a historically low interest rate amidst new COVID restrictions. This significantly increased the overall projected IRR and reduced the cash to close by 68%. MBP also structured the loan to have flexible prepay to ensure an effective exit for sponsorship.
