MBP found a flexible lending solution for the asset that would allow the sponsor to refinance the existing debt, provide holdback dollars to complete the conversion of the ground floor retail to multifamily, and also pay off secondary financing obtained throughout the course of the project. MBP secured a 45-day close with no appraisal risk, over $1.5million of cash out, and utilization of third-party reports from a prominent family office.
