MBP is excited to announce the closing of a $11.9M multifamily construction loan in San Diego. After over 3 years of searching for a lender that could close and perform, MBP secured the engagement and procured a tax exempt bond financing solution. This enabled the borrower to not bring any additional funds to close, achieve attractive, fixed rate financing up to 80% LTC, have an actual and underwritten property tax abatement, and also have a built in earnout if the property were to exceed pro forma expectations.
