Transaction Overview

We are excited to announce the closing of another bridge loan in one of the top submarkets in the United States, San Diego State.  Coming out of the construction loan, the building was 100% leased and this bridge loan will be used to stabilize the property, gather operating statements, and achieve additional rent growth for the next school year prior to permanent financing.  This loan was our 7th loan for this borrowing group in the last 3 years and we are looking forward to the next, imminent close.
