MBP closed on a loan that successfully refinanced a stabilized Independent Senior Living community located Palmdale, CA. The 144-unit project was originally completed using 9% LIHTC financing and has since produced the entirety of its allocated tax credits. MBP was then able to procure a lender and assist in the navigation of the complex ownership structure to ensure no recourse liability for the beneficiary of the Tax Credits, while allowing them to remain in the deal as majority owner.
