The developer’s investment terms, unique vision, and strong track record (both industrial and multifamily), made it an attractive investment opportunity to their limited partners. StackSource Capital Advisor Freddy Johnson was able to secure exceptional terms on the deal with a 75% loan-to-cost ratio, fixed rate of 7.15%, two years of interest only, and limited fees. These terms, along with the growing market and investment offering, make it a solid opportunity to both the general and limited partners in the deal. The developer will continue to develop multifamily and industrial properties in the area.
