StackSource arranged construction financing for the development of a mixed-use property (Multifamily and Office) located in Layton, Utah. The Multifamily component consists of 27-units, 17 of which will be newly built townhome style units, and the Office component comprises 6600 sqft. StackSource was able to secure the $6 million loan with a local bank that included a 24 month Term, 65% LTC, Prime + 1% Rate, and no interest reserve.
