The facility, previously owned and operated by a local university, was undergoing rebranding into a new specialty school through a reverse built-to-suit lease structure. Sponsorship is the one of the largest preferred developers for private education and exclusively sought out MBP. We were able to procure competitive leverage, pricing, and structure allowing sponsorship to increase their overall projected return.
