MBP leveraged its capital relationships to procure a balance sheet loan with cash-out for the client for the refinancing of a class-A shopping center in Fremont, CA.  Our lender gave certainty of execution in the midst of a volatile interest rate environment, which provided our client a high degree of comfort during the closing process. This center is anchored with a great mix of national and regional credit tenants, as well as smaller local businesses. MBP focused on the experience of the Sponsor and creditworthiness of the tenant base, allowing our lender to get comfortable with a large amount of cash-out to our client.
