Transaction Overview

MBP is excited to announce our most recent loan closing - a student housing value add acquisition in Oregon. The deal was received with a tight closing timeframe with the ask for additional proceeds. After back to back all nighters underwriting the deal as quickly as possible, we were able to procure a term sheet the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and close inside of 60 days. The MBP team identified a lending partner that was comfortable underwriting to debt yield instead of DSCR based on today's rates, which enabled us to get to such high leverage.
