Transaction Overview

Due to COVID-related circumstances, this heavy redevelopment was delayed significantly. MBP procured a cash out refinance bridge loan for a repeat borrower, so he could replenish some of the equity he invested throughout the course of the project. This was a construction takeout loan that provided some additional hard cost funds, holdback funds for environmental testing, and nearly $2 million of cash out.
