Tomer serves as a Vice President at MBP, where he is responsible for originating, underwriting, client management, and capital partner relationship management.

Tomer has extensive experience in structuring and placing fixed and floating rate senior mortgages, mezzanine debt, preferred and JV equity throughout the United States across all asset classes. He has been involved in the origination and underwriting of over $500,000,000 worth of debt & equity transactions. Prior to joining MBP, Tomer was an Associate at KPMG, where he was involved in the structuring of tax-efficient debt and equity U.S. real estate transactions with international institutional partners.

Tomer received his undergraduate degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, with a double major in Accounting and International Relations. Prior to completing his studies, Tomer served as a tank commander in the Israel Defense Forces, which taught him the importance of integrity, work ethic, and implementing a strategic approach to complex problem solving. During his free time, Tomer enjoys cycling, hiking, spending time with family, and volunteering within his community.
